Sleep-related factors included duration (NHANES item, hours), insomnia (Insomnia Severity Index [ISI]), sleepiness (Epworth Sleepiness Scale [ESS]), fatigue (Fatigue [FSS]), medication use (PSQI item). Covariates age, sex, education, income, race/ethnicity, employment, body mass index, stress (Perceived Stress Scale). Results consisted N=738 adults, excluding those who did not drive days. After adjustment covariates, each hour 23% reduction likelihood (OR=0.77; 95%CI[0.66,0.89]; p<0.0005). Likelihood increased point ISI by 8% (OR=1.08; 95%CI[1.04,1.13]; p<0.0005), ESS 19% (OR=1.19; 95%CI[1.13,1.26]; FSS 4% (OR=1.04; 95%CI[1.02,1.06]; driving. In post-hoc model that combined duration, insomnia, sleepiness, fatigue, unique effects seen (OR=1.17; 95%CI[1.10.1.23]; p<0.0005) (OR=0.82; 95%CI[0.70,0.98]; p=0.026). Conclusion less more fatigue. These may overlap, though emerged most robust factor. showed also contributed variance otherwise unexplained other prevention efforts should focus sufficient screening targets. Support (If Any)
